18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with renal cell carcinoma diagnosed by pathology department of Peking University Third Hospital; 2. Clinical diagnosed as oligo-recurrence / oligo-metastasis (no more than 5 metastatic foci); 3. Over 18 years old, ECOG score = 70%, life expectancy > 3 months; 4. Metastatic site can be evaluated by image; 5. No previous abdominal and pelvic radiotherapy history; 6. Hemoglobin >= 8g/dl, white blood cells >= 3.5x10^9/L, neutrophils >= 1.5x10^9/L, platelets >= 100x10^9/L, T-Bil <=1 ULN, AST and ALT <= 1.5 ULN, ALP <= 2.5 ULN.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of malignant tumors in other parts, excluding curable non melanoma skin cancer and cervical carcinoma in situ; 2) Pregnant women or lactating patients; 3) Evidence of systemic active infection; 4) Severe complications, such as myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia, heart failure, psychosis within 6 months.
