Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years, BMI >= 30kg/m2, unilateral TKA is planned; 2. ASA classification I-II level; 3. Receive surgical treatment for the first time after diagnosis; 4. Consent to the use of inflatable tourniquets during the operation or without contraindications to the use of tourniquets; 5. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral limp; 2. Severe anemia; 3. Any contraindications of regional anesthesia; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 5. Abnormal blood coagulation function.
