Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Femoral intertrochanteric fracture with AO classification A1 and A2; 2. Actue fracture within 2 weeks; 3. Age 50-90 years old; 4. Fully understand and voluntarily sign informed consent; Those who meet all the above conditions can join the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Need open reduction during operation; 2. Need long nail for fixation; 3. Open fracture; 4. Pathological fracture; 5. Patients with other organ injury or fracture need additional treatment such as operation; 6. Accompanied with neuromotor disfunction or lower limb muscle strength abnormality; 7. Unable to tolerate surgery due to general condition or associated disease, such as coagulation dysfunction, or heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. The researcher thinks that the patient is not suitable for this treatment or there are other factors affecting the observation of the efficacy of this study; Those who meet one of the above conditions shall be excluded.
