Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Community-dwelling elders aged >= 60; 2.Conscious elders; 3.Elders able to stand up for 15 minutes and above (instruments like such as walkers permitted); 4.Elders with voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Elders with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness; 2.Elders with severe physical diseases or in the acute stage of the illness; 3.Atrial fibrillation and other severe arrhythmias; 4.Pacemaker implantation.
