Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who plan to receive general anesthesia and were provided written informed consent and plan to undergo open surgery in pancreatic center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aged <= 18 years, non pancreatic surgery patients, do not need general anesthesia, or chlorhexidine allergy patients.
