Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Comes from the Late Permian coal seam area in eastern Yunnan and Western Guizhou; 3. NSCLC patients with locally advanced, metastatic or recurrent NSCLC and asymptomatic brain metastases can be enrolled; uncommon mutations in exon 18-21 of EGFR (except 20ins) are detected by NGS; 4. Without any anti-tumor therapy (chemotherapy, EGFR TKIs, anti angiogenesis, immunotherapy); 5. There is at least one measurable lesion; 6. PS score 0-2; 7. Understand and sign the informed consent of the patient and the legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been proved to be allergic to almonertinib mesylate tablets and / or its excipients; 2. Using the third generation EGFR TKIs drugs before enrollment 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with contraindications of almonertinib were excluded; 5. Doctors think it is not suitable to be included.
