Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the IBS-D Rome IV diagnostic criteria. 2.Age range between 18-55 years old, disease course more than 6 months, right-handed; 3.Baseline IBS-SSS was more than 75; 4.Neither receiveing medication for at least 2 weeks nor receiveing other acupuncture treatments in the past 3 months before taking part in this projject; 5.Volunteer to participate in this research project and sign informed consent; 6.No metal substances in vivo.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Other subtypes that meeting Rome IV diagnostic criteria; 2.Those who with organic intestinal diseases, hyperthyroidism, diabetes and other systemic diseases that affect the motility of the gastrointestinal tract; gastrointestinal surgery history; 3.Taking drugs,acupuncture or other treatments that may affect gastrointestinal function and intervention effectiveness; 4.With cardia-cerebrovascular disease , systemic diseases such as liver, lung, kidney, and mental and psychological diseases, or with mental and psychological diseases; 5.During pregnancy, lactation or within 1 year of childbirth; 6.People with severe fear of needles, metal allergy or allergies; claustrophobia, living implants (such as cochlear implants, vascular clips, etc.), and cardiac pacemakers; 7.Poor compliance; participating in other research projects.
