Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for AD (guidelines for Hanifin-Rajka), 1) pruritus, 2) typical morphology and distribution of the eczema, and 3. Chronic or chronically relapsing course. 2. Age from 2 to 45 years, male or female, Chinese Han population. 3.0 < SCORAD < 50 points; 4. Patients are able to understand and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other skin diseases, such as psoriasis, vitiligo, lupus erythematosus. 2. Local infection at the lesion site. 3. Patients with autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis. 4. A history of severe systemic disease or malignant tumor. 5. A history of systemic use of anti-inflammatory drugs within 1 month; or a history of systemic use of antibiotics and antifungal drugs within 1 month; or a history of topical use of corticosteroids, calcineurin and other anti-inflammatory drugs within 2 weeks; or a history of topical antibiotics or antifungal topical medication within 2 weeks. 6. Participated in other clinical trials in the past month.
