Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced chronic kidney disease and plan to initiate hemodialysis, and considering for fistula creation; 2. Aged >= 18 and <= 75 years, regardless of gender; 3. Agree to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic or allergic to the ingredients of Taohong siwu decoction; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate with the use of medication for fistula; 3. The expected survival period is less than 1 year; 4. Those with serious underlying diseases, such as liver insufficiency, blood system disease, and coagulation dysfunction; 5. Arteriovenous fistula not created by the team of investigators.
