20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Non-pregnant and lactating women <= 40 years old; (2) It meets the diagnostic criteria of infertility and RIF and the syndrome differentiation criteria of kidney Yang deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine; (3) Body mass index (BMI) <= 30kg/m2; (4) The subjects had not used any steroid drugs in the first 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, hyperprolactin, uterine fibroids and other gynecological diseases; (2) Previous history of ovarian tumor or ovarian surgery; (3) Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe abnormalities of liver and kidney function and hematopoietic system, and patients with mental illness; (4) Previous history of radiation and chemotherapy; (5) allergic to umbilical therapy powder; (6) there are lesions around the umbilicus and it is not suitable for moxibustion; (7) Participating in other clinical trials; (8) Those who cannot receive the treatment of moxibustion on the umbilical cord, cannot judge the efficacy or the incomplete data affect the judgment of the efficacy and safety.
