35 Years to 62 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Indications of intraspinal puncture; 2. Aged <= 65 years; 3. BMI 18 to 25 kg/m2; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: I-II; 5. No abnormal coagulation function; 6. No lumbar anatomical structure variation and operation history; 7. No skin ulceration infection; 8. Voluntary and signed informed consent for anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic history of amide local anesthetic drugs; 2. diseases of central nervous system; 3. abnormal function of heart, lung, kidney and other important organs; 4. motor paresthesia of lower limbs; 5. Mental disorders and communication disorders.
