Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The subject voluntarily signs the informed consent; 2, Aged 18-65 years, gender is not limited; 3. Patients who undergo gastroscopy and need gastric mucosal tissue for biopsy during gastroscopy; 4. Patients with positive results of Helicobacter pylori isolated and cultured from gastric mucosa tissue samples.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who took oral antibiotics, bismuth agent or proton pump inhibitor within one month before the gastric mucosa tissue was taken by gastroscopy; 2. Patients who underwent gastroscopy but did not receive gastric mucosal biopsy; 3. Negative results of Helicobacter pylori separation and culture from gastric mucosa tissue samples; 4. Other researchers considered that the clinical conditions of gastric mucosal sampling by gastroscopy were not suitable.
