Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly hypertensive patients over 65 years of age undergoing mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic monitoring due to respiratory failure of various causes;the inhaled oxygen concentration in the ventilator parameters maintained at 40%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary hypertension, shock, arrhythmia, severe heart failure (NYHA cardiac function grade III-IV), pulmonary malignancy, operation without the consent of the patient and family members.
