Age

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Psoriasis skin area 1 nail.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Psoriasis nail has been treated with topical hormones, cyclosporine A, and tazarotene within 2 weeks; 2. Psoriasis has been systematically treated with hormones, cyclosporine A, and methotrexate within 1 month; 3. Psoriasis has been treated with biological agents within 3 months; 4. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 5. People with scar constitution; 6. Nail fungus (+); 7. Pneumocystis and subungual pustules; nail loss.
