Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) no contraindication to colonoscopy or to taking PEG or simethicone oil; (ii) good compliance; (iii) aged 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women, and women who have the opportunity to become pregnant; (2) Presence of severe cardiopulmonary or hepatic or renal insufficiency; (3) Contraindication to the administration of simethicone or PEG; (4) Psychiatric abnormalities; (5) Those who have undergone colon surgery; (6) Those who have undergone other clinical trials within 60 days.
