18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ICU patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome induced by intrapulmonary or extrapulmonary factors (see Berlin definition criteria for details); 2. The control group was healthy volunteers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 18 years; 2. Receiving immunosuppressant or long-term glucocorticoid therapy (0.5mg/Kg/d, 1 month); 3. a history of diagnosed or suspected malignant tumor; 4. Other experiments have been included.
