18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) They were between 18 and 65 years old; (2) the duration of their CLBP symptoms has lasted more than 6 months, and they have persistent CLBP 50% of the time in the past 6 months; (3) their pain area include the L5; and (4) they have no damage to the shoulders, elbows, and wrists, and their range of motion was normal. (5) NRS >=3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) They have a mental or cognitive impairment, unable to understand and execute oral or written instructions, (2) they had a history of spinal injury, lower limb joint injury or surgery; (3) they have a nervous system diseases or abnormal skin surface sensation, lumbar skin ulceration or take drugs that affect the sensation; (4) they received acupuncture, cupping, electrical stimulation or other physical therapy intervention in the past six months; (5) they require withdrawal in the middle of the experiment.
