Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI >= 35 kg/m2, more than 18 years old, ASA grade II, III, elective laparoscopic gastrectomy (sleeve gastrectomy).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bullae, history of lung surgery, received invasive mechanical ventilation within 30 days, pregnancy, persistent hemodynamic instability or refractory shock, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary severe heart disease (New York Heart Association grade III or IV Grade acute coronary syndrome or persistent ventricular tachycardia), severe pulmonary hypertension [systolic pulmonary artery pressure > 40 mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)], increased intracranial pressure, intracranial injury or tumor or neuromuscular disease, other operations Or anesthesia contraindications, included in other interventional studies, refused to sign informed consent.
