60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 60 or above; (2) Maintenance hemodialysis therapy was performed; (3) Hemodialysis treatment 2-3 times per week; (4) Conformed to the diagnostic criteria of Asiatic sarcopenia: using biological resistance (BIA), if male muscle mass <= 7.0kg/m2, female <= 5.7kg/m2;At the same time, combined step speed <= 1.0m/s;Or male grip strength < 26kg, female < 18kg; (5) Patients with normal thinking and language expression ability and able to communicate orally and in writing; (6) Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with dementia; (2) People with mental disorders; (3) Deaf-mute patients.
