Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the CTS diagnostic criteria jointly developed by the American Academy of Neurology, the American Society for Electroreactive Diagnostic Medicine and the American Society for Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine in 2010; (2) engaged in wrist activities for a long time or the use of vibration equipment; (3) Paesthesia in the median nerve distribution area, aggravated at night or relieved after rest; (4) Electrophysiological or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or CTS examination to confirm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Upper limb movement and paresthesia caused by cervical spondylosis; (2) Complicated with serious heart, brain and lung diseases; (3) Complicated with liver, kidney and blood system diseases; (4) do not accept conservative rehabilitation treatment or psychological intervention; (5) Loss of follow-up.
