Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thirty patients with primary IgAN and 30 patients with primary membranous nephropathy were admitted from March 2021 to October 2021. All patients were collected by renal cortical biopsy, and all samples were confirmed by pathological, clinical and laboratory examinations. Ten healthy volunteers were recruited from the physical examination center of the same hospital as healthy control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with recurrent renal transplantation and other secondary IgAN patients were excluded.
