Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging diagnosis was made by Khammerl grading method: Kellgren-Lawrence X-ray grading standard: 0 grade normal; grade I joint space suspected narrowing and osteophyte; grade II joint space suspected narrowing and obvious osteophyte; grade III joint space obviously narrowing, medium osteophyte, some bone hardening or wear; grade IV joint space obviously narrowing, a large number of osteophytes, severe bone sclerosis, obvious wear and deformity. 2. The included patients met the following conditions: knee joint pain, stiffness, swelling and other clinical symptoms were less than 5 months; the age was 50 - 65 years old; there was no joint operation in the past; informed consent was signed; KOA radiological evaluation was grade III / IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or organ failure unable to tolerate stimulation and mental patients; 2. Patients with abnormal gait due to neuromuscular factors (including stroke, brain trauma, spinal cord injury and disease, cerebral palsy, Parkinson's disease, etc.); 3. Patients with knee joint tumors, tuberculosis, infection, rheumatoid and other diseases; 4. Patients with diseases of spine, hip, ankle and foot that may affect gait measurement; 5. Patients older than 75 years old and less than 18 years old; 6. Patients who are unable to walk on their own because of joint pain and need to use other people or auxiliary tools to walk.
