Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a family history of lung cancer or settled in a high-incidence area of lung cancer; 2. The patient urgently requires minimally invasive surgery; 3. The lesion diameter is <= 20 mm; 4. CT shows that it is now pure ground glass nodules or subsolid Nodules; 5. No patients had surgical contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are not suitable for puncture positioning before surgery, such as moderate or above pleural effusion, severe lung tissue damage, severe emphysema, pulmonary bullae, pulmonary fibrosis, etc.; 2. Systemic factors: sepsis, repeated lungs Partial infection; 3. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; 4. Severe coughing and unable to cooperate; 5. Micro nodules in the lung that need regular follow-up review.
