Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in our hospital according to the 1999 World Health Organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those under the age of 40 or over 85; 2. Patients with ketoacidosis or other acute complications of diabetes; 3. Patients with recent acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events or severe chronic cardiovascular disease history 4. Combined with active liver disease, alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase higher than twice the normal value; 5. Glomerular filtration rate <30 mL/min/1.73m2 or those undergoing renal replacement therapy; 6. Patients with malignant tumors, hematological diseases, polycystic kidney disease, absent kidney, urinary tract infection, urinary tract stricture, and other primary or secondary kidney diseases except diabetic nephropathy; 7. Patients who are physically disabled or bedridden for a long time.
