Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Stroke patients: patients who meet the 4th national diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular diseases and are diagnosed as stroke patients by craniocerebral CT or MRI;The condition is in convalescence;Primary school education or above, able to communicate in writing or language and give informed consent. (2) Carers: the patient's parents, spouse, children and other blood or legal relationships;If there are multiple caregivers, choose to play a major role in the caregiving process;At least 18 years old, care time >= 1 week, care time =4 hours per day;Volunteer to participate in the study;No barriers in listening and language communication, able to correctly understand the content of the questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with stroke: patients with stroke suffer from mental illness;Failure to cooperate with an investigation;Stroke patients suffer from mental illness;Those who have a history of cognitive impairment and cannot answer questions correctly;Visual or hearing impairment; (2) Caregivers: the family caregivers of stroke patients suffer from serious diseases such as cerebrovascular disease and malignant tumor.
