Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for type A aortic dissection established by the European Society of Cardiology in 2014; (2) The diameter of the aorta is 40-45mm; (3) First admission to the hospital and the onset time is within 2 weeks; (4) Aged >= 18 Years; (5) Mechanical ventilation time >= 48h; (6) Stable breathing index (pulse oxygen saturation >= 90%, inspired oxygen concentration 75 mmHg, urine output > 1ml/kg/h; (8) no poor healing of the incision after surgery; (9) no history of chronic mental illness; Score >= 70 points; (11) Heart function grade <= 3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Deep venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolism treatment <= 48h; (2) Pregnancy; (3) Past neuromuscular diseases, such as myasthenia gravis, Granbarre syndrome, etc.; (4) Unsound limbs, Vertebral body fracture or limb instability multiple fractures, and other trauma; (5) History of cardiopulmonary resuscitation; (6) History of the tumor; (7) Pacemaker or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator; (8) Intracranial Increased blood pressure and active bleeding; (9) Suffering from central nervous system diseases that affect walking function.
