Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke; 2) Patients within 2 weeks of onset; 3) Patients older than 18 years old; 4) Patiens signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with pre-onset Mrs score less than or equal to 2; 2) Those who have progressed or have unstable vital signs; 3) There are currently serious systemic diseases or life-threatening diseases; 4) Severe dementia or impaired consciousness, unable to complete the related check of the scale; 5) Accompanied by other neurological-related diseases or psychiatric-related serious diseases other than stroke (including schizophrenia, severe cognitive impairment, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's syndrome, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, cerebral edema, etc.); 6) There are chronic physical diseases that affect fatigue or other emotions and are currently being treated (such as cancer, chronic heart disease, chronic renal failure, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson, etc.); 7) A history of long-term dependence on drugs such as alcohol and drugs; 8) Pregnant and lactating women; 9) Fear of claustrophobia, metal foreign bodies such as pacemakers in the body.
