Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The first-episode OCD patients, regardless of gender, aged 18-45 years, Han nationality, right handedness, junior high school education or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with major physical diseases, other psychiatric diseases, psychoactive substance dependence or history, first degree relatives with family history of other mental diseases or nervous system diseases, contraindications of MRI examination, and patients who do not cooperate with the examination.
