Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The attack met the clinical diagnostic criteria of dsm-5 schizophrenia; age: 18-55 years; gender: male to female ratio: 1; course of disease: 1-10 years; all patients did not take antipsychotic drugs in the first half month of the study; PANSS score >= 60, and at least one item was negative; voluntary informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from acute (chronic) infectious diseases, serious physical diseases, immune diseases; other types of mental disorders that do not meet the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia, such as alcohol or drug dependence, bipolar disorder, mental retardation and other mental diseases; recent history of allergy, substance abuse and immunosuppressant use; recent history of vaccination; gastric ulcer, gastrointestinal cancer History of bleeding; pregnant and lactating women.
