18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals over 18 years of age (inclusive) who meet the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome; 2. Able to use smartphones and WeChat; 3. Have Chinese reading and communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively 4. Consciousness; 5. Volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vulnerable groups include mentally ill people, critically ill patients, pregnant women, minors, cognitively impaired people, etc.; 2. People with hearing and/or visual impairment; 3. Patients with metabolic syndrome taking medication.
