Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) These are schools that normally carry out all kinds of school sports activities (physical education teaching, extracurricular sports activities, extracurricular sports training, sports competitions, etc.); (2) there is no intention to reduce the amount of exercise and intensity of school physical education or sports activities in order to reduce the risk of sports injuries; (3) during the whole research period, they are willing to appoint a special coordinator to communicate the research group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Students who are unable to participate in normal sports activities; (2) Students who did not agree to engage in the study.
