Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of anesthesiologists preoperative patient classification (ASA): I -III; 2. Aged >= 18 and <= 75 years, regardless of gender; 3. BMI is 18-24kg / m2 (BMI = weight (kg) / height 2 (M2)); 4. Understand and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known transient ischemic attack, subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain tumor, cerebral vascular malformation, cerebral arteritis, brain trauma and other brain diseases; 2. Myelitis, spinal cord demyelination, spinal cord compression sign, spinal cord tumor and other central nervous system diseases; 3. Patients who have operated on the meridians along the meridians; 4. Patients with local skin infection of acupoints; 5. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before enrollment; 6. Cataract patients.
