Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Patients with adenomyosis who meet the criteria of western medicine diagnosis and TCM syndrome differentiation; B. The age is between 18 and 55 years old; C. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Patients with other cancers, tumors, serious diseases and mental illness; B. Women during pregnancy or preparing for pregnancy in the near future; C. Those who have a history of allergy or anorectal diseases are not suitable for foot bath and anal plug; D. drugs that have serious effects on liver and kidney function have been used within 3 months.
