Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary unilateral total hip arthroplasty; Aged 18-85 years; The ASA classification less than III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bone wax allergy; Revision total hip arthroplasty; Abnormal liver and kidney function; With a history of surgery at the same surgical site; Can not tolerate surgery.
