Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uterine fibroids are confirmed; 2. Patients who agree to be tested for oxytocin sensitivity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The blood flow signal could not be showed by transabdominal color doppler ultrasound. 2. Patients have allergy history of oxytocin or a variety of drug allergy. 3. Complicated with serious organic lesions of important organs: malignant hypertension, history of myocardial infarction, heart failure, liver and kidney failure, etc. 4. Patients with severe mental illness, mental retardation and other informed behavior unability.
