18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 and <= 80 years, male or female; 2. Patients with confirmed or clinically diagnosed infection; 3. Sequential changes in organ failure score of acute p 2 points, namely ? SOFA score two points or more(Patients with unknown pre-existing organ dysfunction had a baseline SOFA score of 0); 4. Informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous existing coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, dilated heart disease, congenital heart disease and other heart diseases; 2. Have a history of hematologic malignancy, hematopoietic dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, etc.; 3. Have a history of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, liver, kidney, lung, pancreas and other solid organs transplantation? end-stage renal failure (GFR 707µmol/L); 5. Refuse all rescue measures; 6. Pregnant or nursing patients; 7. Expected survival time < 24 hours.
