Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign informed consent; 2. Meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for depression; 3. Scale score criteria: HAMD >= 14 points; 4. Aged 18-60 years; 5. Right handedness; 6. Junior high school or above education level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria were schizophrenic affective disorder, mental retardation, generalized developmental disorder, delirium, dementia, memory impairment or other cognitive impairment; 2. Mental disorders caused by substance abuse (alcohol, drugs, etc.), patients with severe unstable physical diseases, confirmed diabetes, thyroid disease, hypertension, heart disease, etc.; 3. Narrow angle glaucoma; 4. Epilepsy Patients with history, except febrile convulsion; 5. Patients who meet dsm-v-tr diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence (except nicotine dependence); 6. Patients with or had drug-induced malignant syndrome, severe tardive dyskinesia; 7. Pregnant or lactating women, or planned pregnancy.
