Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with shoulder and neck pain and hip pain are eligible for the diagnosis of myofascial pain syndrome: (1) palpable taut bands were found in the trapezius or gluteus medius muscles; (2) The presence of highly sensitive and localized induration in the tensor band; (3) pressing the induration can cause local pain and pain in distant parts; (4) Restricted range of motion of corresponding skeletal muscles. 2. Ages 18 to 70 years; 3. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Puncture site infection; 3. Coagulation dysfunction.
