Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients voluntarily participate in study and sign informed consent 2. Post-prostatectomy in prostate cancer with following risk factors: pT3-4, positive surgical margins,pN+ and biochemical recurrence; 3. KPS >= 80; 4. Expected survical period is more than 5 years; 5. Endocrine therapy is permitted
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pelvic lymph node recurrence or distant metastases. 2. The region planed to be irradiated had a history of radiotherapy; 3. Second primary malignancy exists; 4. Patients with severe complications,such as hypertension, coronary heart disease,mental disease or patients who had any allergies before; 5. Patients who refuse or are unable to sign informed consent.
