18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 65, be able to use wechat. 2.Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, diabetes time within 5 years, the blood glucose is well controlled. 3.Be able to understand and follow the diet plan, be willing to record daily diet and exercise as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of various diseases that affect blood glucose. 2.Diagnosis of acute or chronic complications of diabetes. 3.Diagnosis of intestinal diseases, not suitable for oral or liquid preparations. 4.Diagnosis of severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, cardiovascular disease or other major organic diseases. 5.Be pregnant or have a pregnancy plan. 6.Patients who have taken similar test substance in recent 3 months. 7.Patients who have used of weight loss drugs in recent 1 month. 8.Patients who have used antibiotics in recent 1 month. 9.Failure to comply with research requirements or failure to sign informed consent.
