Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: On the basis of blood donation health consultation, healthy volunteers aged 18-40 were selected, male, weight over than 70kg, the pressure blood was 120-140/60-90 mmHg, Pulse pressure difference was over than 30mmHg, the pulse was 60-100bpm. Hemoglobin > 120g/L, platelet > 110 x 10^9/L; the result of blood biochemistry and other examination result were normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal or inhibited hematopoietic function of bone marrow; cardiopulmonary insufficiency; fever or infectious diseases; taking drugs to inhibit compensatory cardiovascular response, such as ß - blockers; taking drugs to promote or inhibit hematopoietic function; blood donation history within half a year (related questionnaire in health consultation).
