Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: After the start of the project, all patients without operation and anesthesia contraindications, without severe cardiopulmonary diseases, diagnosed as nonneoplastic myasthenia gravis, and planned to undergo thoracoscopic thymectomy in our department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Myasthenia gravis patients with thymoma; obese patients (BMI >= 25kg / m2); preoperative anesthesia evaluation of patients with Mallampati >= 3; preoperative evaluation of patients with ASA grade >= 3; other conditions considered necessary by the operator.
