50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were aged from 50 to 80 years old, and no fundus lesions were found before or after surgery. 2. Preoperative diopter of the selected patients was less than - 6.00D, axial length >= 22mm and = 41D and <= 47D. 3. Good compliance, can cooperate to complete the examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with inflammation of eye socket and eyelid, eyelid insufficiency, trichiasis, lacrimal sac or lacrimal passage were excluded; 2. Patients with pterygium, corneal cloudiness, corneal pannus or leukoplakia, ocular surface allergic conjunctivitis and infectious keratoconjunctivitis were excluded; 3. Patients with glaucoma, uveitis, diabetic retinopathy, high myopia, history of eye surgery, history of eye trauma and other eye diseases were excluded; 4. Patients with a history of wearing contact lenses within 2 months were excluded; any drugs (antihistamines, antidepressants, contraceptives, anticoagulants, cardiotonics, potassium tretinate, tabapentine, sildenafil citrate tablets, anticholinergic drugs, glucocorticoids) that could affect tear production and tear film function were used; eye drops were used for a long time; 5. Patients with adverse reactions and complications during or after operation were excluded.
