Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Source of study subjects and expected number of cases: March 2021 to August 2021.Unilateral thoracoscopic lobectomy was performed in Jiaxing first Hospital. There were 300 patients, aged from 18 to 80 years old, ASA grade I ~ III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Shock or coma; (2) abnormal function of heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood coagulation; (3) infection in the planned block area and severe nerve injury in the limb; (4) history of chronic pain, history of taking analgesics, history of taking psychiatric diseases, history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, patients with contraindications to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; (5) patients who are allergic to local anesthetic drugs such as lidocaine, ropivacaine and general anesthetics. (6) patients and their families refused surgical anesthesia.
