Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged > 40 years; Evans index > 0.3; CSF opening pressure 70-200 mmH2O;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obstructive hydrocephalus; prior history of shunt; decline to lumbar drainage; decline to participation.
