Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age 18 or above, male or female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Incomplete medical records;Lack of laboratory test results; (2) Lumbar pain caused by trauma, surgery, or tumor; (3) Other spinal diseases (such as spinal infectious diseases, rheumatic immune diseases, metabolic diseases, bone tumors, fractures, etc.); (4) spinal deformity (such as spina bifida, spondylolisthesis, scoliosis, etc.); (5) suffer from mental illness such as depression; (6) pregnant women; (7) People with cognitive function and communication difficulties; (8) critically ill or severely infected at the time of admission.
