Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Exposure group 1) Those who are diagnosed with diabetic foot ulcers; 2) Age from 40 to 80 years old, no gender limit; 3) The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form. Non-exposed group 1) Those who are diagnosed with diabetic, but no foot ulcers; 2) Age from 40 to 80 years old, no gender limit; 3) The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exposure group 1) Exclude patients with severe arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, and heart failure; 2) Exclude severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, respiratory system, etc. patient; 3) Exclude patients with acute stroke or myocardial infarction in the past 3 months; 4) Exclude patients with abnormal stools; 5) Exclude patients who are taking antibiotics; 6) Exclude pregnant women.
