Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged between 0 and 18 years old; 2. Subjects who need EDTA anticoagulation in clinical routine test, and have residual whole blood or plasma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had used chloral hydrate within 2 weeks.
