Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in thoracic surgery who used double lumen tube for lung isolation; 2. Patients aged 18-80 years old; 3. ASA I - III subjects; 4. Patients with left thoracotomy or left thoracoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with trachea or left main bronchus tumor; 2. Patients with compression, displacement or deformation of tracheobronchial tree; 3. Patients with pneumothorax and / or severe bullae; 4. Patients after tracheotomy; 5. Patients with total or sleeve resection of the left lung; 6. Subjects who expected difficult airway.
