Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults over 18 years old; 2. Patients with colorectal cancer confirmed by pathology before operation; 3. Patients who plan to undergo laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those patients with colorectal cancer with distant metastasis have been identified; 2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 3. Pregnant or pregnant subjects; 3. Patients with multiple organ tumors or severe uncontrolled medical diseases or acute infection at the same time; 4. According to the judgment of the researcher, it may interfere with the test results or increase the risk of patients.
